MJM's Super Wholesome Grahams are sold nationwide, primarily to schools and institutions. MJM provides a variety of character shaped grahams in many flavors, with healthy choices, including whole grain, trans fat free, fiber enriched and a good source calcium. All MJM products are produced in a nut-free facility. We do not purchase, store or produce any products that contain peanuts, peanut oil, peanut butter or any products made from tree nuts.

Each individual serving satisfies USDA requirements for one bread serving, as well as the FCS instruction for the Grains/Breads component in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program.
